Description
Food supplement based on magnesium, potassium, calcium, sodium and zinc useful to fill food deficiencies or increased organic requirements of such nutrients. Zinc also contributes to the normal acid-base metabolism, to the maintenance of bones, hair, normal nails and to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

Ingredients
Magnesium citrate, potassium bicarbonate; charge agent: microcrystalline cellulose; calcium carbonate, sodium bicarbonate, stearic acid; anti-agglomerating agents: sodium sodium cellulose, silicon dioxide; hydroxypropylcellulose, zinc oxide.

Mode of use
It is recommended to take 1-2 tablets twice a day, preferably before lunch and before dinner, to swallow with a glass of water.
