Mode of use

Warnings
The product should not be consumed by pregnant or breastfeeding women, children under 18 years of age and adults over 70 years of age, or if you are taking medications to lower cholesterol or other products containing fermented red rice. Ask for advice to a doctor about consumption in case of health problems. The product should be used in a varied and balanced diet following a healthy lifestyle. It is recommended not to consume 3 mg daily or more of monakoline from red rice and not to exceed the recommended daily doses. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years.
