Glicerolax DM
CE disposable medical device.
The medical device Glicerolax DM is a disposable microclism, with temporary action and duration, indicated to facilitate the evacuation of feces and can be used whenever it is necessary to relieve intestinal constipation or in preparation of rectum examinations.
The preparations for rectal use based on glycerol present an immediate evacuating action acting on the terminal part of the rectum without being absorbed by the intestinal mucosa. The glycerol, in fact, softens, lubricates and moves the fecal mass facilitating the expulsion. The presence of rice starch and Malva natural extract gives the product an emollient and protective effect of the rectal mucosa and helps improve its local tolerance.
The product contains rice starch, completely gluten-free.
The product is without gluten.
Mode of use
Children: 1 - 2 g 3 microclimates in 24 hours in need.
Milking: 1 g 3 microclism in 24 hours in need.
Operating instructions:
1) remove the hood from the cannula;
2) lubricate the cannula with a few drops of the solution itself;
3) introduce the cannula into the anal orifice without crushing the bellows;
4) compress the bellows to enter the liquid into the rectum;
5) extract the cannula without stopping the compression of the bellows to avoid reabsorbing the liquid.
WARNING: in infants and children up to 3 years of age introduce the cannula not more than half of its length.
The microclism is disposable, therefore it should not be reused.
Any residual product must be eliminated.
Components
Vegetable glycerol 76.7% (equal to g 2.3 for 3 g microclimate), rice starch, Malva extract fluid, purified water q.b.
The product contains rice starch, completely devoid of gluten.
Warnings
Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to one or more components, acute or unknown abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting, obstruction or intestinal stenosis, rectal bleeding of unknown origin, acute hemorrhoid crisis, severe dehydration state.
In case of persistent constipation consult your doctor.
Conservation
Do not use after the expiry date indicated on the box or if the packaging does not appear integral.
Store in the original packaging away from light and heat sources.
The expiry date refers to the product in intact and properly preserved packaging.
Do not disperse into the environment after use.
Keep out of reach of children.
