Antimicrobial medication that regulates the release of moisture for wounds with weak or medium exudate, infected or at risk of infection. In addition to the properties and benefits of Suprasorb X, equipped with HydroBalance biosynthetic fibers, Suprasorb X + PHMB releases an active ingredient of proven antimicrobial effectiveness: 0.3% polyexaminetilene biguanide (PHMB). The PHMB explicates its action to broad spectrum bacteria both as a dressing and on the surface of the wound and effectively destroys microorganisms, such as bacteria, fungi and yeast. Sterile tablet, individually packed.
Even in case of clinically manifest infections, it offers high safety for the operator and good tolerance for the patient. It also offers reliable effectiveness against MRSA and VRE. As part of the wet treatment of the wound, it is necessary to pay attention to the choice of the suitable secondary dressing since Suprasorb X + PHMB remains damp in the wound area.
Indicated for injury therapy:
wounds with weak or medium exudate;
superficial or deep wounds;
wounds at risk of infection;
infected wounds;
ulcers of different origin;
2nd degree burns;
picking sites and skin triggers;
post-operative injuries;
abrasions, lacerations.

Mode of use
Determine the wound by sticking to the usual standards, then with the sterile compresse to dry the perilesional area carefully.
Apply Sla medicine on the wound and model. If you use a tampon, fold it several times and apply it in the wound without overpressing.
Depending on the degree of excision, fix with the idol bandage.
Changing interval of the dressing: according to the condition of the wound, the degree of excision and the possible secondary treatment used, but not more than 5-7 days.

Warnings
In case of infections: secondary treatment only if decided by the caregiver and depending on the general situation.
