Description
Food supplement based on myo-inositol, melatonin, and folic acid useful to make an additional share of nutrients that make it in the presence of reduced intake with diet or increased requirements. Melatonin contributes to the reduction of the time required to sleep. The beneficial effect is obtained by consuming 1 mg of melatonin just before bedtime.
Ingredients
Myo-inositol, seed oil soy, food jelly; resistance agent: glycerol; emulsifiers: lecithin soy; polyglyceride esters of fatty acids, medium chain triglycerides; thickener: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids; coloring: E172; melatonin; folic acid (mon-glutamic pteroil acid).

Mode of use
It is recommended to take a capsule daily with a glass of water.
