Food supplement based on myo-inositol, melatonin and folic acid useful to make an additional share of such substances, in the presence of reduced intake with diet or increased requirements. Melatonin contributes to the reduction of the time required to sleep. The beneficial effect is obtained with the intake, just before bedtime, of 1 mg of melatonin.
