Food supplement based on myo-inositol, melatonin and folic acid useful to make an additional share of such substances, in the presence of reduced intake with diet or increased requirements. Melatonin contributes to the reduction of the time required to sleep. The beneficial effect is achieved by taking 1mg of melatonin just before bedtime.

Mode of use
It is recommended to take a sachet a day, to be taken in the evening an hour before bedtime. Dissolve the content in a glass of water.
