Xailin
Night
Description
Eye ointment, homogeneous without preservatives.
Gentle ointment that is easily applied to lubricate the eye surface. Improves the tear film.
Used to lubricate and protect the eyes under certain conditions or during or after surgery.
Mode of use
- Wash your hands before applying the product.
- Gently lower the lower eyelid of the affected eye and apply a thin line of ointment inside.
- Repeat the procedure for the other eye, if necessary.
- Repeat the treatment to the need or according to the doctor's instructions.
- To avoid contamination, touch the tip of the container with no surface, including the eye.
- To avoid injury, avoid the end of the tube coming into contact with the eye during the application of the product.
- Xailin Night is suitable for subjects of any age.
- In case of concomitant use of other ophthalmic medicines, wait 30 minutes and then apply the ointment.
- Use clean wipes to deter any excess ointment from the eyelids.
Components
Soft white paraffin 57.3% p/p, liquid paraffin 42.5% p/p, lanolin alcohol 0.2% p/p.
Warnings
- Just for outside use.
- Close the container after use.
- Do not use contact lenses.
- Don't share Xailin Night with other people.
- Xailin Night can cause a slight burning sensation and/or blur of sight after application. Wait for the vision to be clear before driving or using machinery.
- Excessive use of Xailin Night can cause blurred vision, ophthalmic lubricants infections, irritation and tissue damage.
- Do not use after the expiry date shown on the box or embossed on the closure of the tube.
- Xailin Night can be used during pregnancy and nursing.
- consult your gynecologist, ophthalmologist or family doctor to ensure safety during pregnancy, breastfeeding and use in children.
- Just for ophthalmic external use, don't ingest.
- Keep out of reach and sight of children.
The product should not be used in case of allergy to lanolin alcohols or any of the ingredients of Xailin Night.
Side effects:
1. long-term use of lanolin alcohol may cause allergic reactions or hypersensitivity;
2. a longer contact time with the product can cause irritation of mucosa.
Conservation
Store between 1 °C and 25 °C. Don't freeze
