Components
100 ml contain:
• Hyaluronic acid sodium salt: 0.150 g
• Echinacea extract: 0.200 g
• L-proline: 0.0752 g
• L-glycine: 0.100 g
• L-Lisin HCl: 0.014 g
• L-leucine: 0.0108 g
• Shocked isotonic solution: just 100 ml
Description
The product consists of an ophthalmic solution without sterile preservatives containing hyaluronic acid and extract of Echinacea that aims to protect the corneal epithelium and to help increase the biological defenses of the lacrimal film through better stabilization and preservation of its characteristics.
Hyaluronic Acid is a mucopolysaccharide that becomes part of many tissues of the organism.
It has the property to adhere to the mucus of the eye surface protecting it, humidifying it and lubricating it.
For its mucoadhesive characteristics it remains long on the surface of the eye and stabilizes the tear film.
Echinacea extract contains substances that have proven to assist the maintenance of the immune defenses of the lacrimal film and facilitate the repair processes of the eye surface.
The extract of Echinacea is also characterized by its indibentious properties ialuronidasi.
L-proline amino acids, L-glycine, L-lisina hydrochloride and L-leucine, contained in the product, increase the lubrication of the eye surface and can contribute to the improvement of the protection of epitheles subjected to stress of various nature.
The absence of preservatives in the solution helps to increase the safety of use of the product and to make it indicated also in the carriers of contact lenses.
Indications
Lacrimal substitute useful for the protection of cornea and for the increase of the natural defenses of the eye surface, even in the presence of surgical or traumatic injuries.
Mode of use
Instill 1-2 drops in the joint bag 2-3 times a day, or second prescription.
The product can be instilled in the eye even when wearing contact lenses or on the inner surface of the contact lens before its application.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity known to the components of the product or other chemically related substances.
Precautions and warnings
Close the bottle well after use.
To eliminate the risk of contamination of the solution, avoid the dripmeter coming into contact with the eye or with other objects.
Do not use in case of eye infection.
In case of administration of ophthalmic solutions for treatment, consult your doctor.
Before use verify that the product is intact.
Do not use the product after the expiry date indicated on the bottle.
Do not store above 25°C.
The product is only for external ophthalmic use.
Keep the preparation out of the reach of children.
Side effects
No side effects were reported after the use of the product.
In case of adverse reactions suspend the use of the product and consult a doctor.
After the application of the product can be a slight and passenger visual blur.
