Ingredients
Vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), vitamin E (D-alpha-tocopherol), zinc gluconate, gluconate iron, selenium yeast; anti-agglomerating agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids; beta-carotene, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), gluconate copper, vitamin D3 (colecalciferol), riboflavin, vitamin A ( retinile acetate), vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin), folic acid (pteroyl-monoglutamic acid); for the capsule: jelly.

Mode of use
It is recommended to take 2 capsules spread throughout the day, swallowed with water or drink.
