Therapeutic indications

Ocular mucosa disinfection. Lubricant and moistening of the eye with lacrimal insufficiency (dry eye syndrome).

Contraindications

Individual hypersensitivity ascertained to any product component.

Population

1 drop in the joint sack 3-4 times a day (the last before bedtime). Do not exceed the recommended doses

Warnings

Not to be used for prolonged treatments; you should recommend consultation of the doctor after a short period of treatment without appreciable results. Accidental ingestion of certain disinfectants may have serious, sometimes fatal consequences. The product is only for external use; the use, especially if prolonged, of products for topical use can give rise to phenomena of sensitization; in such case the treatment must be interrupted and the consultation of the doctor must be recommended to establish suitable therapy. Do not use LACRINORM during wear of contact lenses, but between wear and wear. In case of application wait 15 minutes before wearing contact lenses. Keep the medicine out of reach of children.

Interactions

Avoid the contemporary use of other antiseptics and eye cleaners.

Effects

In some cases, intolerance (burning or irritation) may occur, however, without consequences, which does not require modification of treatment. Immediately after the application you can experience a slight fading of the view that is due to the density of the gel. It nevertheless disappears very quickly.
