Description
Lactoyal free is a sterile and isotonic ophthalmic solution containing sodium salt hyaluronic acid (FHA 1.0) and lactobionic acid. Hyaluronic acid is a mucopolysaccharide that becomes part of numerous tissues of the organism. It has the property to adhere to the mucinic layer of the eye surface protecting it, humidifying it and lubricating it. For its mucoadhesive characteristics it remains long on the surface of the eye and stabilizes the tear film. Latobionic acid is a complex polyhydroxy acid consisting of gluconic acid and galactose. This molecule has a high moisturizing power and has antioxidant properties. The OSD dropper (Ophthalmic Squeeze Dispenser) is applied to the Lactoyal free bottle, which, through its absolute filter system and valve, guarantees the maintenance of the sterility of the product without the use of preservatives.
Replaced lacrimal stabilizer and reintegrant of the lacrimal film. Useful in case of alterations of the corneo-conjunctive surface related to qualitative-quantitative deficiencies of the lacrimal film resulting from inflammatory states, imbalance of the oxide-reductive potential, accumulation of free radicals, stress of mechanical and environmental nature at the expense of the eye surface.
Mode of use
1-2 drops in the joint bag 2-3 times a day or more, according to medical advice. The product can also be instilled when wearing contact lenses.
At first use remove the plastic ring that seals the cap by pulling the side tab. Remove the cap. Turn the bottle over the eye and with the index finger and thumb apply a growing pressure on the sides until the drop out. It is possible that with the exhaustion of the solution contained in the bottle it is necessary to apply a greater force. Close the bottle with the cap.
Components
Main component: sodium lactbionate 4%, sodium hyaluronate 0.15% (FHA 1.0).
Other components: sodium phosphate monobasic bihydrate, sodium bibasic phosphate, water for injectable preparations.
Warnings
Contraindicated in case of hypersensitivity known to the components of the product or other substances closely related to the chemical point of view.
The product is only for external ophthalmic use.
To eliminate the risk of contamination of the solution, prevent the dropper from contacting the eye or other objects.
In order to avoid injury of the eye area, avoid that the dropper enters into contact with the eye during instillation.
With the progressive exhaustion of the solution in the bottle it will be necessary to apply greater strength to determine the exit of the drop.
Close the bottle well after use.
In case of concomitant administration of topical ophthalmic drugs, consult your doctor.
Do not use the product if the OSD bottle is damaged.
Keep the preparation out of sight and reach of children.
No side effects were reported after the use of the product. In case of adverse reactions suspend the use of the product and consult a doctor. After the application of the product a slight and passenger visual blur may occur.
Do not use the product after the expiry date indicated on the bottle label.
Do not disperse in the environment.
