Indications
Food supplement useful to promote physiological intestinal transit.

Description
Based on flaxseed oil (naturally rich in omega-3), doll fiber (high insoluble fraction), FOS (oligofruttosaccaridi) and arabinogalattani (prebiotic soluble fiber).
Contains lactose.

Property
- Arabinogalattani: soluble fiber that is not absorbed in the small intestine and reaches the large intestine where it is digested totally by lactobacilli. They are prebiotic substances that promote the growth of intestinal beneficial bacteria, such as lactobacilli and bifidobacteri, while decreasing potentially harmful bacteria, such as enterobacteria.
- FOS (oligofruttosaccaridi): they determine a reduction in the fecal pH, cholesterol and triglycerides present in the blood. They reduce the absorption of carbohydrates and lipids, through the normalization of the glycemic index and the level of lipids through the decrease of hepatic lithogenesis. Useful as rebalancing, to regulate intestinal transit and, as protective, to reduce the risk of colon cancer.
- bamboo fiber: dietary fiber with high cellulose content. It binds and retains a high amount of water, resulting in increased weight of feces, increased rate of intestinal transit and intraluminar pressure of the colon. It decreases the absorption of fats and bile salts, which remain trapped in the fibrous lattice, as well as the absorption of carcinogenic substances with an advantage in diverticular disease and ulcerative colitis.
- Flaxseed: high content of mucillages; useful aid in the prevention of stypsis.
