Food supplement based on vegetable fiber PHGG ( partially hydrolyzed gum) with a high fiber content (5 g per daily dose).

Purified water, PHGG soluble fiber ( partially hydrolyzed gasket), aroma; stabilizers: maltitol, sorbitol syrup; preservatives: potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate; acidifier: citric acid; eulcorant: acesulphame K.

Without gluten.

Mode of use
Benefibra can be taken as it is, with the addition of water, mixed with juices or yogurt.
It is recommended to take a stick (30 ml) per day, preferably in the morning.
Do not use if the stick is damaged.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
