Description
Prepared aprotheist ideal for bread and leavened dough of all kinds.
Poor in sodium, potassium and phosphorus. Contains a dry yeast bag (10 g).
Ingredients
Glutened wheat starch, corn starch, rice starch; thickeners: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, guar flour; dextrose, potato flour, vegetable fiber (psillium).
Dry yeast: emulsifier: monostearate sorbitan.
Without gluten. Without addition of milk, soy eggs. Without preservatives.
