Sensura My convex plaque for colostomy with adhesive coupling, is a plate consisting of a hydrocollo-based adhesive and a floating ring equipped with a guide, for the correct positioning of the collection bag.
My sensure devices thanks to the Technology bodyfit have an elastic adhesive that allows it to adapt perfectly to the irregularities of the skin by offering high instant hedgment for as long as necessary, security during use and intact skin to removal.
The adhesive consists of two layers:
- The most internal layer has a special reticle structure, which incorporates small hydrocolloids: in contact with the dejections it turns into a cohesive and compact gel, with high resistance to erosion. Thus a protective seal is created which reduces the emergence of infiltration together with the maintenance of the correct gradient gradient, support tissue repair;
- In the outermost layer and thinner the elastic capacity of the adhesive allows this layer to perfectly adapt to the irregularities of the skin by offering high instant adhesion and a consequent safety in use.
