RINOGERMINA
Description
Medical device with mechanical action, intended for reconstitution of the natural biological barrier formed by autochthonous savants and the reduction of the surface tension of the nasal mucus. Rinogermina is indicated:
- in the treatment and prevention of rhinopharmaceutical infections such as: otititis, adenoiditis, rhinosinusitis;
- after nasal and/or systemic topical antibiotic-therapy, to promote the reconstitution of normal saprophylactic flora;
- in all cases where it is appropriate to promote the replenishment of the normal nasal saprophylactic flora and rhinopharmacy ( nasal topic treatments, allergic rhinitis, asthma, chronic bronchitis, chronic smoke damage or irritating inhalation substances, etc.).
Mode of use
1. Cut the sachet along the dash, open the bottle and pour the contents of the sachet inside the bottle, paying attention not to make the contents of the sachet out.
2. Close the bottle with the cap and stir energetically.
3. Open the bottle, screw the sprayer pump after removing the protection of the fisherman, pulling it energetically and avoiding touching the inside with the hands.
4. Shake energetically and remove the cap from the pump.
5. Before application, operate the pump several times to activate it. Fold slightly the head forward and apply the product to the nostrils without inhaling during the application.
6. Close the pump with the hood and store in the refrigerator.
7. It is suggested to keep the product at room temperature for about 15 minutes before nasal delivery.
8. Shake well before any reuse.
Adults and children: 2 extras are recommended (min. 5 x 109 UFC) for narch twice a day and for 7 consecutive days, repeating the treatment for at least 3 months or according to medical advice.
The product should be stored in the refrigerator (4 °C).
Use within 7 days from the date of the first application.
Components
Composition sachet: streptococcus salivarius 24SMBc and Streptococcus oralis 89a liofilizzati (min.125 x 109 UFC/g), anti-agglomerating.
Flax composition: PEG/PPG copolymer, PEG-14 Dimeticone, isotonic solution buffered at pH 7,00, aroma.
Warnings
Do not use the product in case of hypersensitivity known to the components the product. Do not use congenital or acquired immunodeficiency, neoplasms, chemotherapy treatments or presence of central venous catheter. Do not use in case of endocarditis in place or in advance and/or heart disease predisposing to the development of endocarditis. The presence of natural aromas, used to improve its pleasingness, can affect the organoleptic characteristics of Rinogermina; color variations can therefore be detected without any product quality. In case of adverse reactions suspend the use of the product and consult the doctor. Don't swallow. The product can be used up to 7 days from product replenishment. Do not use the product if the packaging does not appear integral. Do not use the product after the expiry date indicated on the packaging. Avoid contact with eyes. Avoid promiscuous use of the product. Do not disperse the container in the environment after use. Keep out of sight and reach of children.
Conservation
Close the nebulizer well after use. Keep the product intact at a temperature not exceeding 15 °C. Keep it in the fridge (4 °C) after first use.
Store away from heat sources.

1 bottle containing 10 ml of solution, 1 sachet containing 2.3 g of lyophilisate, 1 nasal nebulizer.
