Description
Medical device indicated for colostomy, ileostomy and urostomy. Two-piece system for use with Conform 2.
Square plate with rounded corners, maximum flexibility and adaptability to the contours of the body, for the benefit of comfort and adherence, against the risk of infiltration.
Retaliable from 13 mm, more adaptability to irregular stocks.
Self-supporting protective barrier with differentiated thickness, extremely flexible, with decreasing thickness from the centre to the edges.
Idrocolloide FlexWear, high resistance for longer life, erosion resistance, maintains the shape even in the presence of fluids and guarantees maximum protection in the peristomal area.
Hollister synthetic adhesive on two sides, facilitates application, ensures immediate adhesion and improves safety in use.
Transparent protection film with tab and cut-out guide, to facilitate the inspection of hydrocolloid, preparation and application.
Floating flange (Hollister Incoporated patent) with Center Point Lock coupling mechanism, designed to allow atraumatic application without pressure on the abdomen, makes the sacca-placca system less rigid and more comfortable. Ultra thin allows maximum freedom of movement. A "Clic" confirming the locking mechanism ensures absolute safety.
Composition
The plaque is composed in its parts:
- Idrocolloide FlexWear in PIB, CMC, pectin and microfibre;
- PE flange with support (flatter) in Saranex;
- Protective film;
- Wall decal Hollister synthesis;
- Polymeric hydrocolloid support film.
Without latex, DEHP, DBP and BBP.
Mode of use
It is recommended to keep the plaque in place from 2 to 7 days.
Warnings
There are no contraindications known to the use of this device.
No special disposal protocols required.
Conservation
Store in a cool and dry place away from heat sources.
The product is valid for 5 years from the date of production, the deadline is indicated on the packaging.
Format
5 pieces cardboard box with instructions for use in Italian.
