Description
Lubricating ophthalmic solution, based on high concentration cross-linked sodium hyaluronate (0.4%), formulated to alleviate dry eye symptoms, in even severe cases, for eye discomfort and for cornea protection.
The cross-linked sodium hyaluronate gives the product a high viscoelacity that ensures an excellent level of hydration and permanence on the eye surface, providing lasting relief from the symptoms of the dry eye, such as pain, burning, pinching, feeling of a foreign body in the eye, tired and fatigued eyes or tearing.
It is indicated:
• for the relief of symptoms of the dry eye, for eye discomfort, as well as for the protection of the cornea as a lacrimal substitute, providing lasting hydration;
• can be administered for eye lubrication even if contact lenses are used.
It is useful during and after prolonged exposure to sunlight, exposed to air conditioning, for prolonged use of screens, in contact with cleaning products. Ocutears Hydro+ can also relieve eye discomfort caused by surgery.
This product is sterile and without preservatives.
Mode of use
Instill 1 or 2 drops in each eye, one or more times a day or according to the advice of the doctor or pharmacist.
Take the strip of monodose containers and remove one. Open the container by turning the cap. Press gently to drop 1 drop in the eye. Dispose the remaining product correctly in the monodose container after use.
Components
Ialuronate cross-linked sodium 0.4%, tetraborate disodium decahydrate, boric acid, sodium chloride, water for injectable preparations (ppi).
Warnings

Do not use the product in case of allergy or hypersensitivity to any of its components.

Keep away from heat sources, sunlight, moisture and children’s reach.
Don't swallow.
Make sure the tip of the container does not get in touch with the eye.
Conservation
Store the product at a temperature below 25°C. Don't freeze.
The single-dose container must be used immediately after opening and disposed of after use.
Validity of whole packaging: 24 months.
