NoneWarnings
In subjects with glaucoma, other eye diseases or injuries caused by mechanical, chemical, physical agents (heat) or, however, when features are present (such as eye secretion or feeling of foreign body) other than normal mild disorder easily recognizable by the subject (simple redness of the eyes) the product must be used only after prescription. The degree of systemic absorption of ocular medicines is very variable. There is a possibility that absorption is sufficient to determine undesirable effects due to particular organs or apparatuses or interactions with other medicinal products, although, generally, the medicinal products applicable locally following scrupulously the instructions, do not cause these problems. For this reason, in subjects suffering from hyperthyroidism, heart disease, hypertension, diabetes mellitus or treated with inhibitory drugs of monoaminoxydase (anti-MAO) the drug can only be used after consulting the doctor. The risk of side effects increases where the medicinal product is used for dosages and for periods higher than recommended. If eye pain or visual alterations occur during treatment, or if disturbances worsen or persist for more than 3 days, it is necessary to stop the application of the eye drops and consult a doctor. Excessive use of vasoconstrictors can cause increased redness of the eyes. The benzalconio chloride contained in the package in bottle of 5 ml or 8 ml discolors soft contact lenses. In general, contact lenses (especially those hydrophilic, soft) should not be brought during treatment with all medicines for eye use. Possible side effects are less frequent using single-dose containers without preservatives. This product contains an antihistamine that can reduce the frequency of embellishment and the production of lacrimal liquid. Contact lens carriers can only use the medicine after consulting the doctor.Interactions
For the possible systemic absorption of the medicinal product, interactions with other drugs may not be excluded; in particular, individuals in therapy with inhibiting drugs of monoaminoxydase (anti-MAO) may use the medicine only after consulting the doctor (see 4.4).Effects
The most commonly reported side effects are: sight fog, conjunctive irritation, eyeburn, midriasis (profile expansion). Occasionally: nausea, headache, hypertension, weakness, sweating, dizziness, palpitations, tremors, insomnia, increased blood pressure.Overdosing
