100 g contain: Active ingredients: Procaine Hydrochloride 500 mg equal to 433 mg of Procaine Lidocaine Hydrochloride 500 mg equal to 406 mg of Lidocaine 8–oxchinoline sulphate 270 mg equal to 193 mg of 8–oxinoline Excipient: Polyglycolic fatty acids (PEG–8 C12–18 alkylestere), glyceryl stearate, hydrogenated lanolin, avocado oil, glycerin, butilidroxyanisolo, virginiana hamamelis distilled water.

Therapeutic indications

Minor burns, solar erythys, skin irritations from various chemical-physical agents, skin lesions such as superficial wounds, escoriations, insect bites.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to the product components.

Population

Apply in uniform layer 1–2 cm of cream on the smooth part 1–2 times a day, overlap, if necessary, a protective dressing with sterile gauze and adhesive plaster. Do not exceed the recommended doses.

Conservation

This medicine does not require any special condition of conservation.

Warnings

Use on unextended injuries and for short periods of time. After short period of treatment without appreciable results, consult your doctor, as well as if irritation arises or persists redness, swelling or pain. Avoid the application of the medication near the eye joints. A high absorption of lidocaine and procaine can also cause serious reactions, especially in older people and children. The use, especially if prolonged, of products for topical use can give rise to phenomena of sensitization. If necessary, suspend the treatment and consult the doctor to establish suitable therapy.

Interactions

In general, the contemporary use of antiseptics should be avoided.

Effects

Suggested doses are not reported side effects. Communicate to the doctor or pharmacist the appearance of unwanted effects not described in the leaflet.

Overdosing

Accidental ingestion of significant amounts of the product causes symptoms such as diarrhea, dizziness, cyanosis. The antidote used in these cases is the blue of methylene that should be administered at an emergency.

Use only in case of actual need, under the direct control of the doctor.
