VitA-POS
Description
Medical device CE, class IIa, based on vitamin A. Sterile ophthalmic ointment based on vitamin A without preservatives. Thanks to its particular composition it is easily applied to the eye surface. VitA-POS protects the eye surface and stabilizes the tear film. The vitamin A contained in it is a natural constituent of the lacrimal film that favors a good tolerance of ophthalmic pomata and ensures complete mixing with tears. It relieves the feeling of burning, dryness or eye fatigue. Finally, it facilitates the flow of the eyelids on the corneal and conjunctive surface.
Mode of use
Ophthalmic pomates should be used by avoiding the contact of the erogator spout with the eye or skin. Unscrew the cap that covers the repeal spout. The cap is sealed with a white ring that ensures the integrity of the pipe before first use and therefore guarantees its safety. Use VitA-POS only if the sealing ring on the tube is intact before first use. At the first opening the cap is separated from the white sealing ring. Please remove the sealing ring from the tube before the first application of the ophthalmic pomata. Slightly tilt the head backwards, slightly lower the lower eyelid and, with a small pressure on the tube, lay a thin strip of pomata in the joint sack. Slowly close the eyelids. Carefully close the pipe after use. the frequency of use depends on your personal habits and needs. VitA-POS can be used in addition to eye drops lubricants and generally applies once a day at night before going to sleep. For more frequent use of VitA-POS, please contact your doctor. There are no limits of duration of treatment.
Warnings
VitA-POS should not be used in case of individual hypersensitivity ascertained towards one of the components of the product. The use of the product during the day causes a slight alteration of the view due to the unique texture of the ointment. In this case, you should therefore avoid driving the car, using machinery or working without a stable base.
VitA-POS should not be used when wearing contact lenses. VitA-POS should not be used simultaneously with other ophthalmic pharmaceutical products. In these cases VitA-POS must be used at least 30 minutes after the application of other medicinal products in the eye. To provide the ointment, exert a slight pressure on the tube without bending it and or wrap it. Based on the current VitA-POS acquisitions, it can also be used in children, pregnant women or nursing. use a VitA-POS package for each individual subject. Keep VitA-POS out of reach of children.
Do not use VitA-POS after the expiry date.
Conservation
Store at room temperature (15-25°C).
Validity of packaging: 36 months.
Valid after the first opening: six months.
