How to use

Biglycine iron, vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid); stabilizer: microcrystalline cellulose; antiagglomerants: magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide; vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin), folic acid; capsule: food jelly; coloring: titanium dioxide.
