Description
Replaced lacrimal acid based on hyaluronic salt sodium cross-linked and carbossimetil beta-glucano, without preservatives, which protects, hydrates and lubricates the eye surface.
Hyaluronic acid salts sodium cross-linked, thanks to its reticular structure, guarantees a greater hydration and viscoelasticity, a high stability of the lacrimal film and remains long on the eye surface.
Carbossimetil beta-glucan, in addition to increasing the lubricating capacity of the product, contrasts oxidative stress from free radicals and coadjuves the reorganization of corneal cells.
OSD technology (Ophthalmic Squeeze Dispenser), a new drop-off system, allows the absolute sterility of the product, without the use of preservatives.
Elastar Solution Oftalmica is indicated for the treatment of symptomatology (ocular dryness, foreign body sensation, etc.) associated with:
- dry eye;
- mechanical stress: use of contact lenses, surgical procedures, etc.;
- systemic pathologies: sjogren syndrome, rheumatoid arthritis, hepatopathy, etc.;
- hormonal alterations: menopause, hormone replacement therapies, etc.;
- environmental stress: air conditioning, cigarette smoke, wind, etc.;
- visual stress: use of videoterminals;
- use of drugs: antidepressants, beta-blockers, prostaglandins, etc.
The product can be used by contact lens holders.
Mode of use
You do not need to remove contact lenses before using Elastar Solution Oftalmica.
Wash your hands thoroughly before using the product. Instill 1-2 drops in each eye 2-3 times a day or according to medical advice. Pay attention so that the tip of the bottle does not come into contact with the eye.
Components
Hyaluronic acid salt sodium cross-linked 0.15%, carbossimetil beta-glucan 0.3%, isotonic solution buffered pH 7,2.
Warnings
In case of adverse reactions suspend the use of the product and consult your doctor.
Ophthalmic use, do not ingest.
Do not use the product if the packaging does not appear integral.
Do not use the product after the expiry date shown on the package
Do not use the product in case of hypersensitivity known to the components the product.
Keep out of sight and reach of children.
Conservation
Do not use the product after 90 days from opening.
Close the bottle well after use, store at room temperature and away from heat sources.
Post-opening validation: three months.
Integro packaging validation: 24 months.
