Description
Food supplement based on psyllium cuticle (Plantago ovata) useful to promote regularity of intestinal transit since it favors the normal volume and consistency of the feces. It promotes the balance of intestinal bacterial flora thanks to the prebiotic effect. It also modulates nutrient absorption and promotes the metabolism of carbohydrates and lipids.
Orange taste.
Ingredients
Psillio (Plantago ovata Forssk.) pure 99% cuticle powder, maltodextrin, orange fruit juice powder (maltodextrin), natural orange aroma; acidifier: citric acid (E 330); anti-agglomerating agent: silicon dioxide (E 551); eulcorant: sucralose (E 955); dye: betacarotene [E 160 a (i)].
Without gluten and lactose.

Mode of use
It is recommended to take 1 to 4 sachets during the day. Dissolve the contents of a bag in 250 ml of water (not gassed): put the powder first and then the water.
Shake vigorously for a few seconds and drink immediately. Take the product away from meals to promote intestinal regularity; before meals to modulate nutrient absorption.
Take the product at least 2 hours before or 2 hours after taking medication.
Warnings
Supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. Also suitable in pregnancy. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years. Do not assume in case of hypersensitivity ascertained towards one or more components of the product. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
