Description
Psyllium fiber-based dietary supplement, extracted from the tegument of the ovate plantago seeds and alpha-galattosidase and beta-galattosidase enzymes.
- The ovata plantago has a prebiotic effect and an emollient and soothing action (digestive system).
It contributes to the regularity of intestinal transit and to the formation of feces of consistency and normal volume.
- Beta-galattosidase (lactase) improves lactose digestion in those who mitigate it.
Ingredients
Psyllium Fiber (Plantago ovata Forssk., seeds tegument); acidifier: citric acid; aromas, beta-galattosidase; anti-agglomerating agent: silicon dioxide; eulcorante: sucralosio; colorant: E120; alpha-galattosidase.

Mode of use
Pour the contents of a bag of Onligol Fibre in a large glass, add water (200 ml), mix well and drink immediately. The possible increase in consistency of the preparation (forming gel) is a characteristic of Onligol Fibre.
Adults and children over 12 years: a bag, two-three times a day, immediately before meals. For proper use of the product in children under 12 years consult your doctor.
Since psyllium fiber may delay the intestinal absorption of drugs, interpose a period of at least 2 hours between the intake of Onligol Fibre and that of medicines.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily doses.
Do not take Onligol Fibre along with antidiarrhoic drugs. The product is contraindicated in case of abnormal narrowing of the gastroenteric tract and therefore should not be used if the risk of intestinal obstruction or this is already present.
Supplements should not be understood as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
It may contain traces of mustard and sesame due to contamination in the cultivation areas of Psyllium, such presence does not alter taste or quality of the product.
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age.
Conservation
Store in a cool and dry place from light and heat sources.
