Description
Food supplement based on Creatina monohydrate micronizzato 200 Mesh, useful to increase physical performance in case of repetitive activity, high intensity and short duration. The beneficial effect is achieved by daily intake of 3 g creatine.

Mode of use
Dissolve a mixture of product (6 g) once a day in at least 100 ml of water, preferably away from meals or 30 minutes before an intense workout. Do not hire for more than one consecutive month.

Conservation
