Description
Soft cocoa cookies with sugar and sweeteners. Food for special medical purposes, indicated for the dietary management of: chronic kidney failures, congenital metabolic disorders or other diseases that require a hypoproteic dietary regime.
Food with reduced protein value, protein residue less than 2%, low sodium and phenylalanine content. In case of chronic renal failure it is recommended to follow a reduced introit diet of protein and sodium, the level of phenylalanin contained in this product make it suitable for a low and controlled diet of this amino acid.
Ingredients
Corn starch, rice starch, non hydrogenated vegetable margarine ( refined palm oil, water), sugar, potato starch, cocoa powder 3%, chocolate drops 3% (cacacao 48.5%)(sugar, cocoa paste, cocoa butter; emulsifier: lecithin soy, natural aroma of vanilla); eulcorant: isomalto, dextrose; emulsifier: lecithin soy; yeast agent: bicarbonate ammonium; aromas.
May contain traces of eggs, milk, nuts, mustard, sesame seeds, lupins.
Without gluten.
