Skimmed milk of the axate powder, coconut fat ( refined coconut oil, maltodextrin, vegetable protein, antiagglomerant: silicon dioxide), potato starch, corn flour, potato maltodextrin, rice flour, salt, natural aroma, nutmeg.
May contain soy.

Mode of use
To be consumed after cooking. For a soft bechamel: pour 50 g of product (1 sachet) in 200 ml of cold water; heat on the stove until the beginning of the boil, stirring regularly to avoid the bechamel on the bottom. Remove from the fire and use or leave to rest a few minutes because you thicken a little. If you want a more creamy bechamel, use less water.
Conservation
Store in a cool and dry place. Any compaction of the product does not compromise the quality of the product.
