DescriptionBaking sweet product with gluten-free apricot filling specifically formulated for gluten intolerant people.
Ingredients
Water, eggs, rice starch, apricot filling 11% (glucose syrup, apricot puree 35% - the percentage of apricot puree is related to filling - sucrose; gelling agent: pectin; concentrated lemon juice; acidity correctors: citric acid; sodium citrate; preservative: potassium sorbate; aromas; coloring: paprika extract; water) sugar, rice flour, whole rice flour 5%, non-hydrated vegetable margarine ( refined palm oil, water); thickeners: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose; gas flour; xanthan gum, yeast, dextrose, dried yeast 2% (rice flour), alcohol; emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids; vegetable fibres ( pea, potato, psyllium, bamboo, flaxseed), iodized salt, aromas; preservative: potassium sorbate.
May contain traces of: soy, fruit shell, mustard, seeds i'm sorry, iupini.
Without gluten.
