Description
Egg pasta filled with sausage and potatoes.
Ingredients
Gluten-free pasta preparation 65%: corn starch, egg 14.4%*, potato starch, rice flour, water; thickener: guar gum; salt.
Filling 35%: sausage 20.1%* [carne suina 98%, ariosto (sale marino, rosmarino 1%, aglio, salvia 1%, ginepro, alloro, origano, timo, maggiorana, basilico e piante aromatiche), sale, pepe nero], maize flour, flakes potatoes 2.9%*, Parmigiano Reggiano PDO cheese 1.9%* (milk, salt, garlic), bamboo fiber, natural aroma, rosemary 0.2%*.

Mode of use
Boil the water, do not salt, pour the pasta and let it cook for 8/9 minutes. Then drain, season at will and serve.
Conservation
Store in a cool and dry place away from light and heat sources at a temperature below 25°C.
