Description
Egg pasta filled with ricotta and spinach.
Ingredients
Gluten-free pasta preparation 75%: corn starch, egg 16.2%*, potato starch, rice flour, water; thickener: guar gum; salt.
Filling 25%: ricotta without lactose 13.2%* milk, milk), Parmigiano Reggiano PDO cheese 4.4%* (milk, salt, caglio), spinach powder 3.5%*, bamboo fiber, potato flakes, onion powder, nutmeg.

The product may contain traces of: soy and products based on soy.
Without gluten and without lactose.
Nutritional characteristics
Mode of use
Boil the water, do not salt, pour the pasta and let it cook for 6/7 minutes. Then drain, season at will and serve.
Conservation
Store in a cool and dry place away from light and heat sources at a temperature below 25°C.
Validity of whole packaging: five months.
Post-opening validation: 24 hours.
