Description
Gluten-free bread with tomatoes and olive oil. Specifically formulated for gluten intolerant people.
Ingredients
Corn starch, water, mother paste 13% (rice flour, water), corn flour, rice flour, cubed tomato 3.5%, vegetable fiber (psillium); thickener: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose; olive oil 2,1%, protein soy, tapioca flour, oregano, glucose syrup, yeast, salt, natural aroma.
May contain mustard and eggs.
Without gluten and lactose.

For a crisp crust heat in the oven at 200°C for 4-5 minutes.
