Description
Cocoa sponge bread with filling (28.6%) with milk.
Specially formulated for gluten intolerant people.
Ingredients
Sugar, eggs, glucose syrup, corn starch, sunflower oil, water, butter, cocoa powder 3.3%, honey, vegetable fats (flower, coconut, cocoa butter), milk skimmed powder 1.2%, milk whole powder 1.1%; stabilizer: sorbitol syrup; sugar starches 1%: sugar, water, potato starch, sunflower oil, rice flour, aroma; cream; humidifying: glycerol; coloring: E170; thickeners: pectin, guar gum; vegetable fibres (psyllium seed fiber, inulin); leavening agents: disodium diphosphate, sodium acid carbonate; emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids; alcohol, modified corn starch, corn maltodextrin; preservative: potassium sorbate; aromas, dextrose, salt.
May contain nuts (steel, almonds, hazelnuts), soy, sesame.
