Description
Gnocchi di potato senza gluten. Specifically formulated for celiacs.
Ingredients
Potato puree rehydrated 70% (water, dehydrated potato flakes 16%), yellow corn flour, potato starch, corn starch, rice flour powder, salt; acidity regulator: lactic acid (E270); preservative: sorbic acid (E200); curcuma.

Pour the dumplings into boiling and draining salt water as soon as they flow.
