Description

Specifically formulated for gluten intolerant people.
Ingredients
Biscuit (60%): rice flour, sugar, *fat without lactose 15% (9.3% on total), corn starch, eggs, glucose syrup, buckwheat flour, skimmed milk powder without lactose 2.5%, (1.5% on the total), vegetable fibres (ppsyllium seed fiber, inulin); thickener: guar gum; dextrose, **trealose; leavening agents: disodium diphosphate, sodium acid carbonate; salt, aroma.
Dark cover (40%): sugar, vegetable fats (palmists), lean cocoa powder; emulsifier: sunflower lecithin; aroma.
