Description
Cookie with milk cover.
Specifically formulated for gluten intolerant people.
Ingredients
Biscuit (60%): rice flour, sugar, butter, corn starch, eggs, glucose syrup, buckwheat flour, milk skimmed powder 1,5%, vegetable fibres (pyllium seed fiber, inulin); thickener: guar gum; dextrose, *trealose; leavening agents: disodium diphosphate, sodium acid carbonate; salt, aroma.
Milk cover (40%): sugar, vegetable fats (palmists), milk skimmed powder 19.5% (7.8% on total), lean cocoa powder, butter concentrated; emulsifier: sunflower lecithin; natural aroma of vanilla.
*Trealose is a source of glucose.
May contain traces nuts (steel, almonds, hazelnuts), soy, sesame.
Without gluten.
