Gluten-free bakery product specifically formulated for gluten intolerant people.

Ingredients
Base mixture (starts: wheat swallowed; corn, milk skimmed powder, powdered sugar; vegetable fibres: psyllium; inulin; thickeners: guar gum; hydroxypropylcellulose, aromas); water, ostrich (nut fat, salt), rice syrup (rice flour, water), salt, milk whole powder, brewer's yeast; preservative: potassium sorbato.

Without gluten.
May contain: soy, eggs, fruit shell, mustard and i'm sorry.

Conservation
Store in a cool and dry place, away from heat sources.
After opening consume the product within two days, carefully closing the package and keeping in the refrigerator between +1°C and +4°C.
