Description
The Nutrifree Integral Bread Mix is a balanced blend of selected ingredients with low sugar content, enriched with buckwheat flour and rice bran. Ideal for the preparation of bread, focaccia and other full breads with rustic taste. Lfree certificate without milk and without lactose.
Ingredients
Corn starch, rice flour, whole buckwheat flour 10%, tapioca starch, sugar, rice bran 2.8%, psyllium fiber, salt; thickeners: guar, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose; yeast extract. May contain traces of mustard and soy.
Without gluten.
Without lactose.
