Description
Prepared instant granular with extract and beef meat, enriched with extra virgin olive oil, designed to prepare broths, risottos and recipes made of meat, but also ideal to enhance the taste of fast dishes in the pan.
Without hydrogenated fat, without palm fat, without preservatives.

Ingredients
Food salt; flavour enhancer: monosodium glutamate, disodium inosinate, disodium guanilate; lactose, beef extract 4.7%, extra virgin olive oil 2%, yeast extract, dehydrated vegetables in prop. var. (crowding)-celery 0,8%-carota), dehydrated beef meat 0.4%, natural aromas, spices.
May contain peanut.

*250 ml of broth prepared according to the indications given.

Mode of use
For broth: dissolve 1 teaspoon (4 g) of product in 250 ml of boiling water.
To taste the dishes: add the product in total or partial replacement of the salt.

Conservation
Store in a cool and dry place. After opening, do not leave the product exposed to the air, do not take the product with wet spoons and store it preferably in the refrigerator.
