PARAPHRASED STERILE GREASE

Directions:
- light burns,
- picking areas and skin grafting,
- wounds with skin loss, lacerations and abrasions,
- chronic ulcers of the lower limb.

Features:
sterile dressing of tulle gras at the paraffin, formed by an open armored gauze. The gauze threads are woven to minimize the stripping, in case the dress is cut into the desired shape. It has a low grip and allows free drainage of the wound, allowing the passage of the exudate to a secondary absorbent dressing. Jelonet is not medicated and is therefore ideal for use with antiseptics or local antibiotics. Available in various sizes, the largest of which is suitable for use in the Burning Departments. It is available in different packaging: dressing for single application with aseptic technique; in metal boxes, so as to facilitate its application on large parts of the body, in cases where it is necessary to use the whole box in a single application.
