Mother pasta 46% (water, rice flour, corn starch, buckwheat flour, salt, Lb. sanfrancisensis, Lb. plantarum), water, potato starch, corn starch; humidifying: glicerolo; inulina, albume d’egg powder, sunflower seed oil, olive oil, yeast, rice flour, soy protein isolate, sugar; thickeners: xanthan gum, guar gum; glucose-fruttose syrup; emulsifiers: lecithin soy, mono- and diacetyltartaric esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; salt, aroma.
May contain milk.
