Gluten-free bread specifically formulated for gluten intolerant people with rice flour and sunflower oil. Fiber juice. Without palm oil.
Ingredients
Water, starch, rice flour 14,3; thickeners: gas fiber, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose; sunflower oil 4,1%, millet flour, quinoa flour, sugar, dried mother yeast (maize flour, rice and fermented quinoa), yeast, psyllium fiber, salt, aroma.
Product packaged in protective atmosphere and treated with ethyl alcohol on the surface.
May contain traces of nuts, milk, lupin, mustard, sesame, soy and eggs.
Without gluten.
