Cream with hazelnuts and carob. It is produced in a laboratory that only works hazelnuts grown in the Lazio region of the gentle Roman round variety, gently toasted at low temperatures. It does not contain milk and cocoa, and is therefore suitable for people who have special food needs. For production, emulsifiers are not used, its creaminess is given by the particular production process: the ingredients are mixed continuously for 18 hours.
