Gluten-free bakery product, specifically formulated for celiacs. Suitable for vegans.

Ingredients
Mix without gluten (a starch) wheat deglutinate, rice cream, cornflower, dextrose, vegetable fibers (psyllium fiber), acidity regulator (tartaric acid), yeast agent (sodium bicarbonate), thickener (gas gum), hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, sugar), oil of high oleic sunflower oil, salt, extra virgin olive oil 1,8%, etinamulsifier (le soy), olives 1.5%, natural aroma of olive.

Without gluten, milk, eggs. May contain traces of fruit shell, celery, mustard, seeds i'm sorry, sulphites.
