Description
Prepared powder specifically formulated for celiacs.
Useful product as a perfect base for preparing different types of cakes.
Ingredients
Sugar, corn starch, rice starch, swallowed wheat starch, potato starch, emulsifiers (lactic extremities of mono and fatty acid diglycerides, esters of 1.2 fatty acid propandyl), glucose syrup, soybean flour, yeast agent (diphosphate disodium, sodium acid carbonate; stabilizer: calcium salts gum, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose; psyllium fiber, vanillin, betacarotene.

Mode of use
Preparation
- Mount all the ingredients for about 5 minutes.
- Fill the moulds or pans for 3/4 of their capacity.
- Bake in preheated oven at 190°C for 25 minutes (no microwave).
Warnings
It can contain traces of nuts (almonds), eggs, sesame seeds, lupin.
Conservation
Store at room temperature.
Validity of whole packaging: 12 months.
Valid post opening: 12 months.
