Description
Gluten-free, soft and fragrant. Made of absolute quality, with extra virgin olive oil, naturally lactose free. Ready to heat.
Ingredients
Prepared for pineapple, water, corn starch, swallowed wheat starch, extra virgin olive oil 6%, salt; leavening agents: disodium diphosphate, sodium acid carbonate; starch of corn; preservative: sorbic acid.
Without gluten.
Of course without lactose.

Mode of use
The piadina is ready to heat. Just a minute on the Text (or a non-stick pan) and is ready to be enjoyed with any filling, from cheese to meat, from vegetables to meat and fish. Try also as a pizza base. It is only necessary to make it with tomato and mozzarella and to bake it at 220°C. When the edge is golden, after about 5 minutes, it is ready.
Conservation
Store in a cool and dry place.
