Barilla gluten-free striped pens combine the traditional "pennine" oblique cut with a balanced taste and are ideal with delicate sauces.
Ingredients
Water, white corn flour (65%), yellow corn flour (29.5%), rice flour (5%); emulsifier: mono- and di-glycerides of fatty acids.
Mode of use
To cook 100 g of pasta serve on average 1 litre of water and 7 g of salt, i.e. a teaspoon of salt up, abundant if big.
