Plumcake soft and delicious, stuffed with cream to the taste of gianduia, ideal for breakfast or snack, without gluten.
Ingredients
Eggs, sugar, non-hydrogenated vegetable margarine ( refined palm oil, water), gianduia cream (16%) (water, sucrose, glucose-fruttose syrup, paste hazelnuts (9.6%)*, refined vegetable fats (palm, sunflower, paper), milk skimmed powder, alcohol, dextrose, cocoa, gelling agent; pectin, preservative: sorbate potassium, aromas), rice starch, extra dark chocolate cover (cacacao 61% minimum) (7%) (coa, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: lecithin soy; vanilla extract), yoghurt whole (milk whole, lactic ferments), tapioca starch, stabilizer: sorbitol; corn starch, milk lean powder, emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids; thickeners: carob flour, guar seed flour; alcohol, leavening agents: bicarbonate ammonium, sodium bicarbonate, sodium pyrophosphate; iodine salt, aroma.
*The percentage of hazelnut paste is related to jaunduia cream.
