Prepared for broth and seasoning with reduced sodium content and practically free of fat (0.3%). Vegetable prepared with vegetable proteins and vegetables (seed, carrots, onions and parsley). Compared to the traditional nut, it does not contain fat and provides less than half of the salt on average.
It is useful in hypopolypidic and hypodolic diets, such as cardiovascular diseases, water retention states, overweight.
Gluten free, lactose free.

Ingredients
Potassium chloride; sodium chloride; sodium glutamate; maltodextrin; dehydrated vegetables (seed, onion, carrot, parsley); potassium citrate; hydrolyzed vegetable proteins; magnesium carbonate; coloring: caramel.

Mode of use
To prepare a vegetable broth: dissolve in boiling water a spoon of BrodoSohn (about 12 g) to prepare half a liter of broth, a teaspoon (about 5 g) to prepare a cup. The preparation is instantaneous.
To season the dishes: spread BrodoSohn with the tip of the spoon, during preparation, to give flavor to dishes based on meat, eggs, fish and vegetables.

Warnings
In cases of severe renal failure, hypodic products must be used under medical supervision.
